Responsibilities

  • With minimal direction from leadership, manage select pipelines and pathways programs for AAG, including but not limited to: college & high-school internship programs, AAG scholarship programs, and technical pathways.
  • In partnership with Talent Acquisition, improve strategies, processes and programs related to pipelines and pathways.
  • Communicate frequently with hiring leaders to effectively influence and make recommendations regarding talent pipeline plan and hiring strategies.
  • Research and identify candidate sourcing opportunities and conduct deep sourcing through various channels (Candidate Relationship Management (CRM), LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) to find diverse and high-quality talent.
  • Manage projects to support outreach to community and diversity organizations to hire diverse talent.
  • Represent the brand and experience standards for candidates, partner organizations and hiring managers.
  • Manage the execution of day-to-day functioning of Internship, Pipeline and Pathways programs
  • Own program analytics and track program metrics.
  • Network with candidates and program participants to establish strong connections to AAG
  • Represent Alaska Airlines and Horizon Air when attending career/University events to source talent into hiring pipelines.
