Required qualifications include 8+ years of experience in the field, at least 4 years of Digital Audio Recording (DAR) and Video Tele-conferencing (VTC) experience, CCNA certification, technical supervisory experience, and experience configuring and maintaining Cisco routers and switches, among others.

Yes, preferred qualifications include CCS experience, Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification, a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an IT, engineering, or network field, and 10+ years of IT experience.
