  • Support the Country Manager, Finance Team, and Head of Consumer with annual planning, quarterly re-forecasting, and monthly predictions.

  • Take charge of setting the Affinity Financial plan in collaboration with the Head of Consumer, Underwriting, and Finance teams.
  • Manage large accounts by monitoring profit & loss, growth, and retention metrics.
  • Act as the first referral point for the branch underwriting team, authorizing decisions when possible.
  • Lead discussions on major renewal strategies during monthly meetings.
  • Raise Consumer underwriting issues from the branch to the A&H Underwriting Manager as necessary.
  • Support the audit process for internal branches or broker facilities.
  • Participate in project work as requested and aid sales development through broker visits to discuss AOL, new business, and renewals.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as accounts collection, to resolve collection issues and assist the claims department with technical queries.
