Responsibilities

  • Identify user needs and requirements by working closely with internal and external stakeholders
  • Plan and manage time appropriately to deliver high quality work on time
  • Translate requirements into highly usable, efficient and delightful user interface designs:
  • Design and specify product experience concepts using iterative design techniques, including persona creation, journey mapping, customer research and usability testing
  • Participate in design and implementation reviews
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, information architecture, pattern libraries, standards and guidelines
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data and identify additional research needs
  • Effectively communicate research findings, conceptual ideas and detailed design rationale both verbally and visually
  • Specify design and interaction requirements for development teams
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure consistent and standardized designs across our products
