  • What You Need to Succeed at BlueOptima:
  • 4+ years of experience working as a Product Designer or UX Designer.
  • Good communication skills, understanding of storytelling and presentation techniques
  • Experience in influencing and advocating for the user/customer to non-design audiences, such as Product or Technology Managers.
  • Understanding of end-to-end design process, from ideation to launch and ability to collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot any technical issues that arise, ensuring that the product meets performance and quality standards
  • Proven experience mapping user journeys, identifying pain points and opportunities, and delivering optimal solutions for users.
  • A proactive, empathic, and data-driven approach to problems and opportunities.
  • Experience using prototyping and collaboration tools such as Figma
  • Ability to validate hypotheses, evaluate deliverables' impact, and iterate based on objectives and data insights.
  • Experience designing and running user research and testing sessions
  • Ability to take ownership, creatively solve problems, and proactively contribute to the objectives of the business
  • Experience with workshop facilitation and design sprints.

  • The UX team is responsible for creating human-centred experiences by anticipating user needs and exceeding their expectations in design, quality, and efficiency to set industry standards within software team analytics.
  • You will work hand-to-hand in a diverse team with members around our offices. We are looking for a talented designer with great communication skills who will focus on end-to-end experience and who will drive collaboration with the product and engineering teams to deliver the best experiences to our users.
