Responsibilities

  • Konferenzraumbewirtung (Ein- und Ausdecken sowie Catering und Servicetätigkeiten bei Meetings bzw. Veranstaltungen)
  • Betreuung interner Veranstaltungen und Konferenzen
  • Reinigung und Pflege des Inventars sowie Gewährleistung von Ordnung und Sauberkeit
  • Sicherstellung der vollständigen Ausstattung der Besprechungsräume
  • Vor- und Nachbereitung der Besprechungsräume bei Meetings
  • Bei Bedarf (Urlaubsvertretung/ Krankheitsfälle usw.) vollumfängliche Betreuung des Empfangs am Standort München
  • Erstellung der Besucherausweise
  • Sicherstellung des Bestands an Büromaterial und ggf. zusätzliche Bestellungen auf Anfrage
  • Eingehende und ausgehende Post und entsprechende Weiterleitung intern
  • An- und Abmeldung der Mitarbeiter, sowie Verwaltung der Kantinenkarten und Kasse
  • An- und Abmelden der Mitarbeiter für das Deutschlandticket, als auch die Übernahme der täglichen Kommunikation mit Mitarbeitern und Dienstleister.
  • Allgemeine administrative Aufgaben und Korrespondenz mit den betrieblichen Zusatzkrankenkassen und Anbietern unserer Corporate Benefits
  • Lückenlose Erfassung der Daten und Dokumente von Mitarbeitern, welche das Firmenauto verwenden
