We are looking for candidates who have a track record in managing large retail or distribution sites, as well as strong leadership skills that can maximize efficiencies through the effective management of large teams.
What are the working hours for this position?
The Shift Operations Manager position offers a 4-day/36 hour working week with a fixed 3-week rota, allowing you to know exactly when you'll be working.
How often will I have to work on weekends?
You will only be required to work one weekend in every three.
