Responsibilities

  • - Deliver a high-quality compliance service to the existing portfolio of SME clients, including (but not limited to) unaudited statutory accounts, corporation tax returns, iXBRL tagging, personal tax returns, VAT and management accounts.
  • - Develop our SME offering, enhancing the number of services and support provided to the existing client base
  • - Lead the Scotland SME team and build a team for the future, upskilling staff on compliance and advisory matters
  • - Work with the national SME team to coordinate our approach and ensure consistency to clients and to the market, as well as maximising the use of national resource to aid efficiencies and effectiveness of service
  • - Assist on our digital go to market strategy
  • - Seek to actively build yours, the SME team, and the Forvis Mazars profile both internally and externally in the local market
  • - Maintain a client centric approach
