  • Understand the overall concept of a social transformation agency, the services provided and how we add value to global brands' strategies.
  • Create and manage social media posts and campaigns.
  • Communicate with clients on day-to-day basis.
  • Report and analyse social media performance.
  • Brainstorm and ideate with the team.
  • Participate and present in meetings/calls, internal and external.
  • Organise and manage calls and team connects to keep projects moving.
  • Support with identification of and communication with influencers
