Responsibilities

  • Social media analytics reporting (paid and organic) which involves rigorous internal tagging, establishing internal and external benchmarks, and deriving actionable insights from these reports
  • Conduct competitor analysis to stay abreast of trends, opportunities and to adjust our strategy as needed
  • Partner with compliance and act as a liaison with other departments to ensure all social media activity conforms to compliance and regulatory guidelines, policies are accurately and thoroughly communicated and adhered to, and all content is properly archived
  • Manage all aspects of social media administration including, but not limited to, account security, admin governance for internal and external authorized posters, account connection to third party tools and parking of social media handles
  • Reactive and proactive social listening to better understand conversations happening online about our global brand
  • Daily moderation and escalation of incoming comments and direct messages
  • Monitor the social accounts of our corporate partners and ensure the firm is following the appropriate accounts.
  • Create social media security and risk mitigation strategies by identifying key decision-makers and a clear approval workflow
  • Partner with Corporate Communications to create crisis management plans
