  • - We are looking for a Software Engineer to work in an agile environment on our Conversations product which offers a continuous performance development solution with a full spectrum of feedback, check-ins, priorities and reflections to develop the talent of any team.

Lumos' mission is two-fold, we want to win when it comes to performance development by providing a platform that solves enterprise pain points for performance reviews and focuses on delighting HR teams around the world. We also want to serve our product development teams by finding ways to improve process and strive for improvements to help us deliver value better than we can today.
