Responsibilities

  • Perform analysis, design, development, and configuration functions (includes defining technical requirements) with a high degree of accuracy and speed, operating as an individual contributor to team goals.
  • Perform analysis, assessment and resolution for defects and incidents of advanced complexity and escalate appropriately.
  • Support development team when making design decisions utilizing Okta or troubleshooting any production issues involving Okta
  • Guide all Travelers teams building net new applications (For e.g., on cloud) leveraging Okta. For e.g., new cloud applications being built in Travelers
  • Support team needs to create and maintain credentials and authorizations for any applications and APIs using Okta platform
  • Creates and maintains Okta configuration for the company
  • May directly manage the configuration, testing, documentation and implementation of upgrades to security processes, controls or products as directed.
  • Work independently to tackle well-scoped and loosely scoped problems.
  • Seek opportunities to expand technical knowledge and capabilities.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced employees.
