Responsibilities

  • Proactively support the Senior Fee Earners, whose caseload consists of medical negligence claims including, but not limited to obstetrics, delays in diagnosis and paediatric medicine and manage own cases
  • Assist with disclosure tasks, witness statements, schedules of loss
  • Preparing thorough documentation required in the preparation of cases from beginning through to trial
  • Liaising with counsel/experts
  • Liaising with clients and handling matters with the appropriate sensitivity
  • Pursuing and expanding on existing business development opportunities
