Candidates should possess an M.S.E.E., M.S.C.S. or other technical degree with a minimum of nine years of relevant professional experience, a B.S.E.E., B.S.C.S. or other technical degree with a minimum of twelve years of relevant experience, or no degree with a minimum of twenty years of relevant professional experience.
