Responsibilities

  • You will play the role of a Talent Acquisition Sourcer, tapping into various tools and resources (LinkedIn, Indeed, Xing and other local job boards) to uncover the best talent in the market and matching them with the roles to which they are best aligned to at Vantage.
  • Take ownership and drive research and sourcing efforts for assigned searches across various technical functions (e.g., facilities engineers, automation specialists etc.) Partner with recruiters and closely collaborate to advise leaders on search strategies, candidate profiles, candidate pipeline, and industry trends and insights. Build relationships with passive candidates. Innovate to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our systems and processes resulting in increased and measurable candidate delivery. Drive consistent messaging to maintain our brand integrity, deliver qualified, diverse candidates for hard-to-fill positions and assist with screening candidates to qualify them for roles. Conduct phone and/or video interviews with candidates.
