The primary mission is to initiate, own, and successfully deliver end-to-end projects and products that will help the company grow its Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and move closer to its north star.

You will be working on a new product offering as part of the enterprise software suite that aims to help customers achieve their climate targets.
What qualifications are ideal for this role?
Ideal candidates have 3+ years of customer-facing experience in high-paced environments, have taken full responsibility for project delivery and outcomes, enjoy working with complex datasets, and excel at understanding client needs.
Is fluency in any specific languages required?
Yes, fluency in both German and English is required.
Who will I report to in this role?
You will report to one of the co-founders, Eric.
Will I have mentorship opportunities in this role?
Yes, you will have mentorship from several angel investors actively involved in the company.
Is there a specific experience related to climate management that is preferred?
While not mandatory, it is a bonus if you have worked in a climate-related field or show a strong interest in learning more about managing and reducing climate footprints.
How long is the hiring process expected to take?
