Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the ongoing service delivery for all administration of employee life cycle events and handle HR topics such as HR reporting and supporting the HR payroll team.
  • You will provide administrative support to the UK & Ireland HR Business Partner team in all HR core processes through the provision of accurate and timely administration, including onboarding, development, leavers, pay & hours calculations.
  • You are responsible for generating letters, documents, and templates for the HR team to allow them to deliver the needs of the business.
  • You understand, interpret, and provide timely and accurate guidance and advice on HR policies and practices and systems to managers and employees, including the delivery of standard operational HR processes.
  • You promote innovation and collaborate in internal projects, identify possible digitalization initiatives, and encourage best practice sharing amongst our European HR teams.
  • You contribute to our knowledge management by documenting all processes and relevant legal regulations in accordance with our high-quality standards.
