Responsibilities

  • Coordinate survey submissions, maintain our peer groups, and manage the team’s market data depository.
  • Maintain compensation infrastructure (e.g., job families, grades, titling) and work towards mastery.
  • Play major role in planning, prepping, launching, running, reviewing, and closing out the annual merit cycle.
  • Serve as secondary for business / HRBP consulting and eventually shift to primary for at least one business group.
  • Play major role in the annual comprehensive market analysis which informs compensation ranges and budgets.
  • Actively seek opportunities to present to gradually master storytelling with data balancing science and art.
  • Support creation and administration of incentive programs which drive performance and align with our values.
  • Assist with new hire, merit, and/or out-of-cycle equity requests to gradually build expertise.
  • Support ongoing efforts to ensure pay practices remain compliant and equitable.
