Responsibilities

  • - Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies that align with and influence the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • - Leverage market trends, consumer insights, and data analysis to identify growth opportunities and drive brand and product success. Drive the Marketing Annual Operating Plan, development of OGSM and identification of the key strategic initiatives and related budget allocations to support.
  • - Brand Strategy: Lead the development and evolution of our brand identity, positioning, and messaging. Manage the brand fundamentals for the continuous identification of opportunities and gaps, the development of the insights that will support the creation of compelling narratives to be executed in the market.
  • - Ensure consistent and thoughtful use of the brand assets in all touchpoints. Be the strategic north star for internal and external partners.
  • - GTM Strategy: Define campaigns that effectively convey our brand's value proposition and product benefits or that address specific strategic opportunities. Identify the targets, KPIs and measure of success for the marketing mix.
  • - Deploy to the activation teams through briefs that are underpinned by a deep understanding and development of audience segmentation, positioning, and messaging. Understand and connect the briefs objective to the category/product 4P objectives, provide macro guidance on optimal marketing mix based on learnings, data.
  • - Co-Marketing & Licensing: Lead the marketing strategy and the coordination in support of strategic marketing partnership initiatives. From the identification of opportunities, brand fit to joint planning. Ensuring the brand assets are safeguarded yet maximized by enabling our partners with clear and actional guidelines for activation.
  • - Partner externally and develop multi-year strategic partnership plans with priority partners.
  • - In collaboration with Product marketing, support and be the strategic thought partner of the business development in order to maximize revenue generation through licensing.
