Responsibilities

  • Leads and sets the direction for the strategic planning, design and development of programs and resources to strengthen and maximize organizational learning and development.
  • Partners with Human Resources and key senior and business leaders to identify workforce development priorities, and facilitates a collaborative planning process linking business and talent needs to forecast workforce development.
  • Oversees the development of system-wide learning solutions/technologies to meet business needs and to support continuous learning and program execution.
  • Evaluates the effectiveness of programs, implementing changes to support strategic business initiatives.
