  • Metrics Reporting
  • Program effectiveness and outcomes evaluation analysis and reporting
  • Consult on decision-making for programs and monitoring to achieve strategic goals
  • Measure and report on program/project effectiveness by reviewing and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data and comparing results against expected program or project objectives
  • Formulate and evaluate hypotheses to explain these results
  • Support the execution and tracking of the annual HR strategic plan through these efforts
  • Support the HR Project Managers in running HR projects by backing decisions with data
  • Maintain and update detailed project plans, schedule meetings, route deliverables and regularly communicate updates on ongoing work
  • Can independently prioritize multiple projects
  • Ability to negotiate, manage, and communicate timelines with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to design performance and impact analyses
  • Proficient in basic statistics and approaches to causal inference
  • Ability to work directly with data. Working knowledge of SQL preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
