Responsibilities

  • Do a greenfield implementation of new OMS for fixed income trading for a sell-side broker dealer’s Outsource Trading Desk
  • Partner with business, stakeholders, and users to articulate and document requirements
  • Review vendor proposals and contracts
  • Manage and prioritize product back-log based on priorities set by business stakeholders
  • Create and maintain project plan
  • Work with Operations to design booking of street-side and client side trades into Broadridge IMPACT
  • Cover all regulatory reporting, such as TRACE reporting
  • Integrate flow into Jefferies compliance surveillance systems
  • Feed Jefferies MIS systems for PnL reporting
  • Provide regular reports to desk heads and senior management on project progress
  • Manage TS Imagine OEMS integrations with:
  • Connectivity with Jefferies for order entry
  • Security master
  • Market data feeds
  • Client start of day positions for Jefferies custody clients
