Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Systems Engineering/Program Management; Significant experience will be considered in lieu of a formal degree.

Responsibilities

  • Leads, with the support of Business Analysts, a committee of business partners to approve and understand Salesforce, Oracle CPQ, and other project(s) scope.
  • Ensures system updates align with ISO, SOX, and ITAC audit standards and corporate processes.
  • Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle of Salesforce/CPQ/process initiatives, from the initial spark of an idea to the strategic planning, process change management/execution, coordination of testing and monitoring deployment.
  • Partner with key influential leaders across global departments to gain deep insights into the requirements for critical system functions.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to understand business needs at a detailed level, make recommendations based on knowledge and expertise, and prioritize accordingly to keep Salesforce in line with business objectives, continually showing value over time.
  • Develop and maintain a product/process roadmap in collaboration with key internal leaders, to define and drive the vision and value for each teams’ respective needs within the platform.
  • Act as a liaison between stakeholders and the IT technical team, communicating effectively and driving progress while reducing risk throughout all phases of the development life cycle.
  • Organize, prioritize, and direct the entire program of initiatives/projects that impact global commercial, marketing , and other business functional areas.
  • Actively seek opportunities for improvement and contribute to the ongoing development and refinement of technology or process solutions, keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Support the Project Management Office's (PMO) continue evolution in regards to tool development for resource utilization and process management. This role will also be part of an IT/PMO collective steering group to vet out new requests coming from the global business that will ultimately get prioritized into a list of projects to be executed for the global business.
  • Support integration of new acquisitions.
  • Up to 15% travel required.
