Responsibilities

  • The Senior Sports Architect has broad knowledge of fundamentals in specialty areas and knowledge of principles and practices in related specialties. The Senior Sports Architect plans, schedules, conducts, and coordinates detailed phases of complex projects. The Senior Sports Architect V manages, coordinates, and mentors junior staff and project level employees. Additional duties in this role include:
  • Designing buildings, preparing bids and project proposals and completing projects from design through construction
  • Determining project objectives and requirements
  • Ensuring government regulations and zoning codes are followed and adhered to
  • Demonstrating creativity, foresight and solid architectural judgement in solving problems
  • Preparing 2D & 3D presentations
  • Managing all aspects of client relations including attending regular meetings
  • Traveling as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
