Responsibilities

  • This role will lead the designing, implementation, and direction of talent development programs and initiatives that support our career Field Leader workforce including:
  • Lead the design and execution of comprehensive talent development programs, including client experience skills, sales effectiveness development, leadership development, product and advice knowledge training and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify development and learning needs and develop customized programs to address skill gaps and enhance employee capabilities.
  • Develop and deliver high-impact leadership development programs that align with the company’s strategic goals.
  • Design and implement a leadership competency framework that outlines the skills and behaviors required for success at different levels of leadership within the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure leadership development initiatives are integrated with overall talent management strategies.
  • Partner with our business execution team and business leaders to drive organizational change initiatives, including culture transformation, team building, and change management.
  • Assess organizational needs and develop strategies to improve employee engagement, retention, and productivity.
  • Oversee the development and delivery of training programs, including e-learning, workshops, and seminars.
  • Measure the effectiveness of training programs through metrics and feedback, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement talent management strategies, including succession planning, talent reviews, and high-potential development.
  • Identify and nurture key talent within the organization, ensuring a strong pipeline for future leadership roles.
  • Build strong relationships with senior leadership and department heads to ensure alignment of talent development initiatives with business objectives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on talent development strategies and initiatives.
