Responsibilities

  • Provide process improvement expertise and drive continuous improvement efforts to ensure that talent mechanisms and processes are created for efficiency and scalability. Seek feedback from customers and implement changes.
  • Partner with Talent Leaders in the Critical Capabilities team to share best practices and proactively find opportunities for commonalities and scalable ways to leverage technologies.
  • Leverage AI technologies to develop agents to support.
  • Support the development and delivery of:
  • Talent Reviews: preparation of tools and templates, reporting, compilation of talent profiles and other support needed to deliver reviews to a high standard and within required timeframes.
  • Targeted development plan resources aligned to competencies for critical capability areas including leading all aspects of delivery timeframes and working across the organization to manage project workplan, deliver communications, tools and resources to educate, support and guide the process.
  • Provide metric tracking and analysis on identified key performance indicators.
  • Participate in strategic talent projects that support the critical capability areas and/or the platform.
