Responsibilities

  • Responsible for ensuring successful delivery of all offshore services for CGI’s customers.
  • Provide production support for clients which involves monitoring, analysis, bug fixing etc
  • Provide 24X7 Support
  • Handle migration and patching activities for O/S servers, application servers, middleware’s, DB servers etc
  • Coordinate with onshore team and agencies for day to day activities
  • Flexible to support on 24X7 shift/weekends.
  • Enhancements/Customization of the product based on client requirement (Nice to Have).
