What you’ll be doing:Conduct US and International billingsAssist in preparing travel and entertainment billbacks to clientsSupport Customer Engagement Team and clients with AR inquiriesSet up the Company as a vendor for new clientsSupport with revenue and accounts receivable analysisLead timely invoice collection effortsMaintain and balance accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions, and resolving discrepanciesEnsure that policies and procedures are followedAnticipate ongoing requests to maintain effective systems and procedures and actively contribute to systems and process improvementProtect organization's value by keeping information confidentialOther duties as assignedWhat we look for in you:Required: 1 - 2 years of accounting experience (Prior AR/revenue experience)Required: Microsoft Office, ERP (NetSuite a plus), and business systems experienceRequired: Proficient Excel skills, with demonstrated knowledge of pivot tables, formulas, shortcutsPreferred: Bachelor's degree in accountingBasic understanding of GAAP particularly revenue recognitionAbility to work well and communicate with othersAbility to work independently and be self-motivatedStrong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skillsAttention to detail and strong problem-solving skillsAbility to prioritize workload according to volume &amp; urgency
