  <br> This particular role is at our Bakkavor Salads site, based in Bourne and specialises in preparing fruit, leafy salads, and stir fry mixes. It employs over 1,200 people and is only 16 miles from Peterborough and 12 miles from Spalding.

  <li>Coordinates stock, swops and deliveries with other sites, arranging delivery with third party couriers as required.</li> 
  <li>Supervising of shop, including buying, stock rotation, pricing and promotions, security and general administration.</li> 
  <li>Supervising of staff, including supporting the Staff Shop Manager with manning, organisation rota's and training/development.</li> 
  <li>Effectively liaises with internal and external customers, to build customer relationships.</li> 
  <li>Assisting Staff Shop Manager with management of accounts including invoices and VAT.</li> 
  <li>Actively seeks new ideas and implements change to improve service and facilities.</li> 
  <li>Responsible for H&amp;S, GMP and general maintenance of the shop, ensuring company policies are followed at all times.</li> 
  <li>Actively promotes staff shop offers, incorporating all communication channels.</li> 
  <li>Manages all end of life products to minimise waste, ensures all technical food safety requirements are adhered to.</li>
