Responsibilities

  • Coordinates stock, swops and deliveries with other sites, arranging delivery with third party couriers as required.
  • Supervising of shop, including buying, stock rotation, pricing and promotions, security and general administration.
  • Supervising of staff, including supporting the Staff Shop Manager with manning, organisation rota's and training/development.
  • Effectively liaises with internal and external customers, to build customer relationships.
  • Assisting Staff Shop Manager with management of accounts including invoices and VAT.
  • Actively seeks new ideas and implements change to improve service and facilities.
  • Responsible for H&S, GMP and general maintenance of the shop, ensuring company policies are followed at all times.
  • Actively promotes staff shop offers, incorporating all communication channels.
  • Manages all end of life products to minimise waste, ensures all technical food safety requirements are adhered to.
  • Serving customers on a daily basis.
