  • Excellente connaissance de l’informatique (suite Microsoft Office et Canva) ;

Responsibilities

  • - Mise à jour des documents administratifs (contacts employés, feuille de présence, planning des rencontres, préférences shifts, vacances,..)
  • - Mise à jour hebdomadaire du classeur forecast
  • - Communiquer les informations quotidiennes aux employés (mails, affiches, activités d’équipe ..)
  • - Rentrer les horaires des employés dans Dayforce et valider les heures travaillées des collègues (système de paye)
  • - Guide du nouvel employé, intégration des nouveaux collègues en cuisine
  • - Support sur le projet Orbisk (logiciel gérant le gaspillage alimentaire)
  • - Support sur le logiciel Gaia (plateforme de développement durable)
  • - Audit interne normes sanitaires EHC (équivalent normes HACCP)
  • - Correction des menus
  • - Support au niveau des commandes (mis à jour des listes d'aliments et des prix sur le logiciel)
  • - Participer aux réunions
  • - Toutes autres tâches connexes assignées par la direction
