Responsibilities

  • osoba zatrudniona na tym stanowisku zapewnia obsługę spraw płatników i ubezpieczonych w tym m.in:
  • obsługuje sprawy i reklamacje zgłoszone przez ubezpieczonych, dotyczące informowania o stanie konta ubezpieczonego w ZUS oraz członkostwa w OFE
  • porządkuje dane na kontach ubezpieczonych, w tym dokonuje korekt dokumentów ubezpieczeniowych
  • ewidencjonuje wpłaty przekazane do ZUS przez instytucje finansowe prowadzące Indywidualne Konta Emerytalne lub zarządzającego Pracowniczymi Programami Emerytalnymi
  • obsługuje sprawy podziału i wypłaty środków z subkonta.
