Responsibilities

  • Maintain knowledge of all menu options, take orders, and serve the prepared items to the guests
  • Provide legendary Starbucks service throughout every guest encounter
  • Prepare drink orders according to Starbucks standards
  • Manage cash bank, ensuring balance is accurate at the end of the shift
  • Check in warehouse orders and put items away in a timely manner according to procedure, utilizing proper signage
  • Ensure adequate supplies are available for the shift, including ribbons, comp paper, cash drop envelopes and receipt paper
  • Retain receipts for all transactions, and records and reconciles transactions on the point of sale system
  • Provide outstanding customer service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow employees
  • Perform other duties as assigned
