Responsibilities

  • Accountable for HPE’s Data Services & Storage business in Germany with approximately 350M$ of yearly revenue across products and services. Owns the profit & loss, responsible for order growth and delivering revenue growth above the market.
  • Lead the German Storage salesforce with about 70+ Sales & Presales Specialists, while closely collaboration with Account Management, Digital/Inside Sales and other sales teams in and outside of Germany
  • Has ownership of overall sales strategy, cost optimisation and drives disciplined sales process management.
  • Ensures optimum sales coverage through direct and partner sales resources and different routes to markets, expanding HPE’s business with existing customers as well as winning net new accounts for HPE Storage
  • Develops the Business Units (BU) talent resources to support sales efforts.
  • Builds lasting, consultative relationships with key customer and partner accounts at Executive level.
  • Demonstrates in-depth Storage expertise. Provides external leadership to industry, community, press.
  • Creates a performance-driven culture with coaching at the heart.
  • Responsible for leading/managing sales, marketing, operational, and financial aspects of the Data Services & Storage business in Germany
