  • Involved in the hiring process of new store swappers;
  • Evaluates the Swappers together with the Store & Field Manager;
  • You will provide input to the Store & Field Manager regarding the daily operations in the store;
  • You will have a couple of lead hours and work the other hours in the store and deliver outstanding service to members & potential customers;
  • Keeps the store clean, tidy and organized;
  • Repair bikes in the store.
