We offer professional development opportunities, including the chance to pursue a Retail Manager Level 4 qualification through our apprenticeship programme, as well as comprehensive induction and in-house development programmes.
How does the holiday allowance work?
The holiday allowance increases by one day per year, up to a maximum of 33 days. After two years of service, you also have the option to purchase additional days, plus you receive an extra day off for your Birthday.
