Responsibilities

  • As a Student Achievement Adviser, you will play a key part in initiatives to improve retention and achievement, identifying groups of students at risk and developing and implementing intervention programmes.
  • You will meet with students to assess their academic and pastoral circumstances and identify appropriate support to enable them to succeed.
  • Reporting to the Student Achievement Team Leader, you will work closely with the team and liaise with Schools and other services.
