  • Support the contracts department with subcontract compliance requirements
  • Obtain required compliance documents from Subcontractors and support their efforts in maintaining compliance
  • Assist in building relationships with Subcontractors by being pro-active in their government requirements to Doyon
  • Track Certificates of Insurance for Subcontractors and their Lower Tiers
  • Maintain detailed and organized electronic and hard copies of compliance documents and maintain Vista Software
  • Prepare Subcontract Ledger & Compliance Reports
  • Provide support for customer/client activities
  • General departmental administrative support
  • Other administrative duties as assigned
