Responsibilities

  • Lead solutions to overall success using input from the team, stakeholders, and customers.
  • Own the holistic team performance to business objectives and outcomes to deliver Chubb’s underwriting craftsmanship and expertise digitally.
  • Work with business intelligence and process engineering partners to track and measure processes, solution progress and outcomes, using well defined KPIs that tie back to OKRs.
  • Define, refine, and prioritize user stories/epics/tasks daily, including leading interactions with other units.
  • Own Submission Ingestion Team vision and set priorities to deliver impact to the customer as quickly as possible in alignment with the quarterly business requirements set by the sub-domain.
  • Observe, learn about, contact, and analyse end users of the solution, and clearly communicate the requirements to the team.
  • Facilitate planning of Team sprints within the Submission Ingestion squad to reaffirm priorities and agree on business requirements.
  • Create, maintain, and prioritize the Submission Ingestion team backlog using input from the team, stakeholders and customers.
  • Specify acceptance criteria for each user story and write acceptance tests.
  • Facilitate release planning with stakeholders and participate in sprint meetings.
  • Build and maintain relationship with the stakeholders.
  • Integrate usability studies and research into solution requirements to enhance user satisfaction.
