Responsibilities

  • Supervises and manages origin supplier compliance performance, ensure correct action is taken along with team to ensure smooth operation.
  • Ensure supplier is compliant with Mountain Warehouse SOP and supplier manual.
  • Handover dates: daily checking and follow up with supplier to ensure on time handover : follow up with supplier and /or buying teams and enforcing penalties where required.
  • Supplier Portal: (APOLLO, MW internal system) onboarding and training suppliers on how to use and maintenance of all communication / queries.
  • SSCC Labels: Maintenance, queries, FAQ from supplier, communication and resolution.
  • Manage cross-functionally new business requirement implementation.
  • Assists internal stakeholders with system & technical assistance and trainings.
  • Keep internal and external stakeholders informed about supplier performance regularly through KPI, MBR, QBR review.
  • Responsible for cost control and promotes full cost recovery from suppliers where applies.
  • Continuous improvement management with origin suppliers.
  • Partner with teams to advise and manage operational challenges.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with global suppliers.
  • Carton size dimension compliance and exception reporting.
  • RFID compliance : liaise with label supplier, retail and buying to ensure suppliers are complying and dealing with any issues and resolving
  • Onboarding new suppliers with all requirements outlined in supplier manual
  • Snake Loading compliance
  • Managing port exceptions and systemic port allocation
  • + / - 5% tolerance communication with buying & exception reporting to spot trends
  • Supplier manual maintenance, send out twice a year to suppliers and log acceptance.
  • Ad hoc additional paperwork requests follow up and supplier communication
