Responsibilities

  • Dedicated supplier system maintenance resource for Corporate Global Supply Chain, Supplier Development but will coordinate with teams across RRX to ensure SMART goals as identified are met.
  • Main responsibility will be for administration of supplier profile system for supplier on-boarding, supplier record and inactivation.
  • Provides gate keeping (Global Supplier Records Assignment) function in reviewing, analyzing, documenting and validating RRX supplier requirements and approvals prior to system set-up and updates.
  • Ensures that supplier set-ups and updates requests are replied back within 48-hrs with accuracy and in compliance with standard.
  • Collaborates directly with BU/Corporate sourcing leads, plant buyers, finance, AP to support various supplier maintenance.
  • Responsible for monitoring, recommending, executing projects that enhances system workflow and developing corporate supplier development projects to streamline global process controls across Regal.
  • Responsible in identifying gaps between areas and provides analysis and recommendations to provide the corporate and business unit processes simplification and efficiency.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to understand current pain points and troubleshoot as challenges arises.
  • Ensure Microsoft Power Platform installation, administration, and functional support to expand capabilities along with Policy & SOP documentation that are published on RRX intranet / internet pages.
  • Provides weekly functional progress report.
  • Conduct business dealings with the highest level of integrity and regard for legal and environmental issues.
