Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor the sales impacts through the planning horizon via continuous review and assessment of the demand forecast
  • Develop and modify the short- and long-range forecast in SAP IBP with inputs from other forecasting tools
  • Lead monthly consensus meetings with the sales teams to align on upcoming promotional forecasts
  • Lead the monthly Demand Review Meeting as part of the S&OP process
  • Communicate the most updated demand plan to supply planning, logistics and customer service teams
  • Work with supply planning and customer service teams to ensure stock availability and to develop scenarios to mitigate supply risk and protect service
  • Analyze forecast accuracy and bias to identify and implement process enhancements to improve these KPIs
  • Manage and monitor obsolete inventory through business waste process
