Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for the fast paced end to end Talent Acquisition process for recruitment throughout Boden
  • Use a variety of sourcing methods to attract high quality candidates that demonstrate our brand values
  • Continuously think of new and innovative ways to attract external candidates. Direct sourcing is key at Boden, whether that be personal and professional networking, employee referrals or market mapping via LinkedIn
  • Pre-empt vacancies due to internal moves/high risk leavers and prompt hiring managers where necessary
  • Articulate our strong brand ethos, promote our unique company culture, and share our competitive compensation package
  • Use Workday on a daily basis - our recruiting and HR system
  • Review and analyse data to improve and enhance the recruitment process
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers throughout Boden, acting as a resourcing partner providing a commercial perspective and always be solution focused
  • Build strong relationships with our People Business Partners to align and work together
  • Coach and provide guidance on interviewing and assessing where needed
  • Manage relationships with specialist agencies, universities or job boards where needed, looking for opportunities but keeping in mind our process and business needs
