Will also have the ability to generate and interpret standards and management reports on T&OD programs and processes.
  • Effective Business Communication: Ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and drive ongoing Talent & Organizational Development programs, projects, or processes that have wide-ranging effect on the organization.
  • Manage Solar’s Tuition Reimbursement Program.
  • Coordinate T&OD learning opportunities and training processes including:
  • maintaining accurate and up-to-date Workday Learning courses and records
  • maintaining T&OD annual learning schedule
  • updating course content, course offerings, and related documentation
  • supporting in-person and virtual training, including scheduling venues and arrangements for course facilitators
  • Manage suppliers, purchase orders and payments in COUPA, including reviewing and processing payment for incoming invoices for services rendered.
  • Perform positive and timely customer service functions by answering employee requests, questions and proactively finding solutions including:
  • answering frequently asked questions from employees and leaders on standard policies, programs, and processes,
  • referring more complex questions to appropriate T&OD team members
  • Manage the annual employee engagement survey administration.
  • Provide operational support to T&OD team on special projects and initiatives as assigned, including completing research and projects related to specific T&OD duties. Such activities can include data gathering, benchmarking, exchange of survey data, compiling data and preparing summaries, analyzing, consolidating and preparing various reports requested.
  • Participate in the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures and company policies related to T&OD and LMS best practices.
  • Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
