Responsibilities

  • Prepare statutory account tax provisions for UK companies
  • Support with Indirect tax compliance for EMEA and APAC countries:
  • Prepare data for external tax advisors
  • Perform the first review of VAT / GST returns
  • Prepare VAT / GST reconciliations under US GAAP and local GAAP and prepare adjusting journals
  • Manage VAT / GST payments
  • Support with corporation tax compliance for non-US countries:
  • Prepare data for external tax advisors
  • Perform the first review of corporate tax returns
  • Manage corporation tax payments
  • Support with the preparation of the UK PAYE Settlement Agreement return and other employment tax filings as needed
  • Support with other tax compliance and administrative processes for the wider Tax department as needed
