Responsibilities

  • - Tax advice: develop professional relationships with the business and provide day-to-day support on requests, advice on (inter)national tax matters and developments, be the liaison between business and external advisors and coordinate between different teams, including the US and regional tax teams, legal, treasury, global finance and other stakeholders;
  • - Tax Compliance: Review of tax computations and returns for the UK and Irish group companies;
  • - Transfer pricing: manage TP compliance (preparation of TP documentation, drafting of intercompany agreements, perform periodical margin reviews), manage projects and mitigate TP risks;
  • - Tax reporting: preparation of periodical tax reporting under US GAAP (FAS109) and review of FIN48 positions in collaboration with the US tax team;
  • - Other: manage cross-functional projects and assist on M&A and other corporate projects.
