  • Lead, steer and motivate a growing team of 7 direct reports and large number of indirect reports and external resources in academia and supplier organisations

  • Engage with customers, partners and funding bodies, to leverage internal resources with external support
  • Act as the focal point between the Innovation Center Berlin and the Business Area of Grid Technologies
  • Responsibility for yearly resource planning activities for the team and driving a high-performance culture including steering via defined KPI's
