The main responsibility of a Team Leader is to support the management team with the everyday running of a busy store and team, including leading and motivating the team, delivering great customer service, and ensuring company standards.
What qualifications or experience do I need for this position?
We are looking for candidates with previous supervisory experience, the ability to motivate a team, good organizational skills, a passion for selling and customer engagement, and an interest in visual merchandising. Clothing experience is desirable but not essential.
