Responsibilities

  • Als teamleider heb jij oog voor en ben jij één van de vaste aanspreekpunten voor onze klanten en collega’s. Jij weet als geen ander de weg op alle afdelingen en doet niets liever dan lekker meewerken in de winkel. Jij weet raad met het bestellen van de producten en houd de voorraad in de winkel én het magazijn goed in de gaten. Jij bewaakt dat de processen op een correcte en vlotte wijze verlopen. Jouw collega’s weet je hierin mee te nemen en te enthousiasmeren. Daar waar nodig geef jij hen op een gepaste manier feedback. Bij afwezigheid van de ondernemer of bedrijfsleider - dit zal veelal in de avond zijn, neem jij moeiteloos het stokje over in het aansturen van het team en de winkelprocessen. Ook heb je oog voor de Foodservice en de kassa/self scan. Samen met je team zorg je ervoor dat de klanten met een grote glimlach en een goed gevulde tas de winkel uit lopen. Jij kan zelfstandig de winkel openen en/of afsluiten.
