Responsibilities

  • Leiderschap
  • Jouw people skills maken het verschil voor jouw ploeg en dragen de innocent drinks waarde uit
  • Je coördineert training en ontwikkeling van teamleden op de lijn en zorgt voor een goede teamdynamiek
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor veiligheid en kwaliteit op de lijn
  • Je zorgt voor een goede First Time Right percentages en dat de kwaliteit KPI’s op de lijnen behaald worden
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de productieplanning en het behalen van productiedoelstellingen en -KPI's, zoals productie-efficiëntie en productiviteit
  • Je zorgt dat er binnen de afgesproken normen geëscaleerd wordt bij een storing en het juist opvolgen van de acties die hieruit volgen
  • Je ondersteund de technische dienst bij onderhoudswerkzaamheden en het optimaliseren van het blending proces

In 1999 we concocted a few smoothies in our kitchen and tested them on people at a music festival; today we’re blending every type of fruit & veg under the sun and selling drinks right across Europe in over 30 different countries.
