  • - Du führst ein Team von Mitarbeiter*innen in der Region Berlin-Süd
  • - übernimmst Verantwortung für das kundenorientierte Zusammenspiel in deiner Region sowie das daraus resultierende Ergebnis und Wachstum
  • - bist Vorbild im Arbeitsalltag durch situative Mitarbeit in der Beratung, insbesondere durch die Begleitung geschäftlicher und privater Investitionen
  • - kümmerst dich um die praxisbezogene individuelle Weiterentwicklung, Förderung von Potential und motivierende Begleitung deines Teams
  • - begleitest und unterstützt dein Team durch Vormachen und Mitmachen im Transformationsprozess
  • - stellst die bedarfs- und abschlussorientierte Beratung von Premium-Unternehmerkunden im Rahmen des ganzheitlichen Betreuungskonzepts in den folgenden Bedarfsfeldern sicher:
